Terms of Service, kept simple.

These terms apply when you use this website or work with OOPS Mango on a project. Your written quote or proposal sits on top of them: if the two ever disagree, the quote wins.

Who we are

OOPS Mango is owned and operated by Anisha Rajamurugan, founder, as a creative agency of RATdeck. Our full operator and contact details, including our postal address, are listed on our Privacy Policy page.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that sets out what we’ll make, how many rounds of changes are included, the timeline and the price. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in your quote. Prices are in the currency stated on the quote. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it’s settled.

Your part

You’ll give us the content, logins, feedback and approvals we need, on time, and confirm you have the right to use anything you send us (logos, photos, text, fonts). Delays on either side move the timeline by the same amount.

Revisions and approval

Each stage includes the rounds of changes listed in your quote. Once you approve a stage, further changes to it count as new work. Final files are delivered after approval and payment in full.

Who owns the work

Once the project is paid in full, the final approved designs, websites and content we made for you are yours. Rough concepts and unused routes stay with us. Third-party items such as stock photos, fonts, plugins and themes stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, Shopify and app subscriptions, paid fonts, stock images and ad spend are paid by you, directly to the provider or as listed in your quote.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only to do the work. Our delivery partner RATdeck is held to the same standard.

Ending a project

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over everything you’ve paid for.

Liability

We take care with everything we make, but we can’t guarantee specific sales, rankings or results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

This website

The content, designs and mascot on this website belong to OOPS Mango or the brands shown, and you may not reuse them without permission. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@oopsmango.com.
