Clear terms
No surprises, in writing.
Revisions
Each stage includes the rounds of changes listed in your quote. Once you approve a stage, further changes to it are quoted as new work, so nothing gets added to your bill by surprise.
Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the final approved work is yours. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licenses. The store, theme and content live in your own Shopify account, and you keep full admin access.

Do you design custom Shopify themes or customize existing ones?
Both. Depending on your budget and timeline, we customize a well-built theme or design custom sections on top of it. Your quote states which.
Can you move my store to Shopify from another platform?
Yes. We plan the move with you, including products, pages and redirects so you do not lose existing links. Large catalogs are quoted separately.
Will the store be in my own Shopify account?
Yes. The store is set up in your account from day one, so you own it, pay Shopify directly and keep full admin access.
Which apps will I need?
As few as possible. Every app adds cost and can slow the store down, so we only recommend apps that solve a real problem.
Can you also design our product launches and ads?
Yes. We design social and campaign creative that matches the store, so launches look like one brand everywhere.
