Clear terms
No surprises, in writing.
Revisions
Each stage includes the rounds of changes listed in your quote. Once you approve a stage, further changes to it are quoted as new work, so nothing gets added to your bill by surprise.
Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the final approved work is yours. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licenses. The website, its content and the logins are in your name, and we hand over everything needed to run it without us.

We recommend the platform that fits how you will run the site: a custom build for speed and flexibility, or WordPress if your team wants to edit pages often. The choice and the reason are in your quote.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We set up the pages so you can change text, images and offers, and we walk you through it at launch.
Is SEO included?
Every site launches with the SEO basics in place: clean page titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, a sitemap and fast loading. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
Can you redesign our current website instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. We review what is working, keep the pages and content that earn their place, and redesign the rest.
