Process and approvals
You approve every stage.

We agree the goals, features and stack. You get a written quote with scope, stages, timeline and price.
Plan and design
We map the pages, data and integrations, and design the key screens. You approve them before development starts.
Build in stages
Development happens in agreed stages with a preview link, so you can test as we go and approve each stage.
Test and launch
We test on real devices and browsers, check speed and accessibility, and deploy to hosting in your name.
Handover
Code, documentation and logins are handed over, and we stay close for the first wobble.
Clear terms
No surprises, in writing.
Revisions
Each stage includes the changes listed in your quote. New features or changes after a stage is approved are quoted before we build them.
Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the final approved work is yours. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licenses. The code repository, hosting account and admin logins are in your name.

Next.js suits custom apps and very fast sites. WordPress suits teams that edit content often and want a familiar editor. We will recommend the right one based on how you work.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the code repository is yours, along with the hosting account and documentation.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Often, yes. We review the code first and tell you plainly whether to build on it or start fresh.
Can you integrate our CRM, payments or other tools?
Yes. Integrations with CRMs, payment providers, forms and other APIs are part of our development work and are listed in your quote.
