Payment terms
- Projects under $5,000: 50% upfront to book your slot, 50% on final approval.

- Final files, source files and ownership transfer on final payment.
- Extra work outside your quote: $49/hour, always agreed before we start.

Process and approvals
You approve every stage.
Campaign brief
What you are launching or promoting, who it is for and where it will run. You get a written quote for the set or the month.
Concept and key message
One campaign idea and message, shown rough first, so every post, story and ad grows from the same thought.
Design the set
Posts, carousels, story and Reels covers and ad sizes designed together, checked against your profile grid.
Review rounds
You review the full set in one place and send changes in the rounds agreed in your quote.
Files and templates
Final images in the sizes each channel needs, plus editable templates your team can reuse. You post on your schedule.
Clear terms
No surprises, in writing.
Revisions
Each stage includes the rounds of changes listed in your quote. Once you approve a stage, further changes to it are quoted as new work, so nothing gets added to your bill by surprise.
Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the final approved work is yours. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licenses. You receive the final exports and the editable template files listed in your quote.

Which platforms do you design for?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, plus ad placements on those channels. We export every design in the sizes each platform needs.

Will we get templates our team can reuse?
Yes, if templates are part of your quote. We set them up so your team can add new posts without breaking the design.
