Payment terms

Ownership and handover
Once the project is paid in full, the final approved work is yours. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos, themes, plugins and apps stay under their own licenses. Your site, hosting and backups stay in accounts you own, so you can move on at any time.

Monitoring alerts us, and we work on it during our contact hours, Mon to Fri, 9 AM to 2:30 PM Eastern. Your quote states the response details.
Are small edits included?
Small content and design changes are included up to the amount listed in your quote. Anything bigger is quoted first.
Can we stop the service later?
Yes. Everything is in your accounts, so you can stop and keep running the site yourself or with someone else.
